The question may be why are the players on this team overpaid to underpreform. They make the $$ but for the past few years they have not come through. Is this a player or a coach issue. Do they need a good "Dolphin" re-structuring?
That might be the answer of re-structuring because i feel that Wade Phillps as lost control.
But since he is being paid to do the job, do you not think that the team owners have complete faith in him to complete the job and rebuild the team?
